Pre-Order Items  
All pre-order purchases are final sale, as each item is secured specifically on your behalf once an order is placed.

Available Now Items  
Items marked “Available Now” may be eligible for return within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition  
- All original packaging must be included  

Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions  
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details. We will provide a resolution accordingly.
